Hi friends,

With only a few more months until heading off on the next adventure, A Long Way 4 Water, a 8,000-mile journey from South to North America by land and sea, the time is now to get the gear in order.

Kayaking 3,000 miles along the coastline of Central America (after cycling 5,000 miles across South America) will be a real feat. Thanks to Backcountry, we are well on our way to having the right gear to handle all the conditions we will face. Despite crossing 12 countries on this journey, there will be few opportunities to find more gear. With limited space for extras, every piece of equipment matters.
